More Than a
Traditional Workshop

Classic Leadership Institute helps you advance your leadership through an experiential learning process of self-discovery in a small group setting. The program includes two 4-day off-site phases and an on-the-job project to incorporate into each person’s unique work environment.

It’s an experience that fosters self-awareness and discovery, enabling participants to identify strengths, leadership style, and attitudes that may be holding them back. It becomes the catalyst for positive transformation by advancing sustainable leadership skills and behavior.
